How can remote services help you before delivery?
Universal Pack is always at your disposal. Our sales team will assist you during the pre-sales phase. In other words, you’ll receive direct consulting from our highly-experienced engineers, who will listen very carefully to your needs and project specifications.
We will review together all the main features of your projects, such as machine’s design and layout, product to be dosed (powders, liquids etc.) and laminates. Remote design review activities are fundamental for our processes. Thanks to these online meetings, we can thoroughly understand your needs, in order to provide you with all the main features requested.
As a result, remote design review allows us to fulfill your requests in a fast, effective and detailed way, substantially reducing the time needed for design validation.
How can remote support help you after delivery?
Before delivering your machine, we always test its efficiency, proven quality and compliance to your required standards of productivity. As a result of digitalization, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) can be held through digital services, such as video calls. You can directly assist and see the test of your packaging machine, with real-time data for its validation.
After delivering the machine, we can assist you during remote SAT (Site Acceptance Test), held at your facility. By means of video calls, we can verify if the equipment meets all the requirements and specification in terms of efficiency, productivity and safety.
Moreover, our after-sales department can provide you with immediate assistance for any kind of problem. We build every packaging machine and line to be compliant with 4.0 industry standards, as we provide a dedicated software for rapid remote services on the equipment. We provide other softwares for better remote support, such as 3D spare parts viewer, which allows you to see 3D models of the machine’s components and to directly order the required parts.
Remote training services are also provided with specific programs according to your machine’s features.
