Universal Pack has always had a strong inclination towards sustainability of the business in its background, but in recent years, this inclination of ours has transformed into a strategic project enabling us to promote more sustainable practices like the reduction of the environmental impact in the production, use and disposal of packaging machines, as well as the creation of a work environment allowing our employees to work at their best and feel like part of our large family. We are embarking on a journey that aligns our business operations with the principles that drive positive change like a higher circularity of products going beyond compliance and regulations; it’s about creating a culture that embraces responsibility, innovation, empathy and sustainable development.
