The document will be constantly updated in the light of organisational and/or legislative developments. Every employee is required to know the Code of Ethics, to contribute actively to its implementation and to report any shortfalls; thus, UP undertakes to provide its employees (including new recruits) with suitable training.

Annual Meetings

At Universal Pack, we hold two significant annual meetings that involve all employees. In mid-summer, we gather for a global meeting with the owner to collectively review the progress made during the ongoing year. This provides a platform for open discussions about achievements, challenges, and advancements.

At the end of the year, we convene once again to discuss the year’s results comprehensively. During this meeting, we analyze our achievements, evaluate the outcomes against set targets, and establish new goals for the forthcoming year. These meetings not only facilitate communication and transparency but also foster a collaborative environment for shaping our company’s trajectory.
