EOL and T&T Module
A Complete End-of-Line Solution for Secondary Packaging
The EOL module expands our secondary packaging range with a fully integrated end-of-line solution. It combines a check weigher, a print & check system, and a labelling machine for tamper-evident seals and vignettes. Available on request, the module can be installed after the carton closing machine for both flat blank and pre-glued cartons.

The EOL module is divided into three distinct stations:
- The initial station evaluates carton weights, directing non-compliant ones to the reject section.
- Following the weight check, the carton advances to the second station. Here, variable data and DATAMATRIX are printed, with the camera vision system ensuring their accuracy. Any deviations lead to the carton being sent to the second reject station.
- The final station incorporates tamper-evident or vignette labellers. A control system monitors their presence and position, and any discrepancies result in the carton being directed to the third reject station.
Each rejection station is equipped with sensors to confirm correct rejection and to manage the rejection bin’s level.

Our non-stop research in reducing the packaging industry carbon footprint resulted in streamlined machinery design for packing recycled, recyclable and compostable laminates. LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) is used to measure the environmental impact of our products and identify optimal ways to reduce it. It is a 360° analysis that goes beyond the mere packaging produced and involves every step of the packaging machinery production process. We develop our solutions shoulder-to-shoulder with the main global film suppliers and test them in agreement with major multinational companies in order to provide them with a turnkey solution able to produce eco-packages.
