EOL and T&T Module

Included in our array of secondary packaging machinery is the EOL module. This comprehensive unit features a check weigher, print & check system, and tamper-evident and vignette labelling machine. Upon request, this end-of-line machine can be positioned after the carton closing machine for flat blanks and pre-glued cartons.

The EOL module is divided into three distinct stations:

1. The initial station evaluates carton weights, directing non-compliant ones to the reject section.
2. Following the weight check, the carton advances to the second station. Here, variable data and DATAMATRIX are printed, with the camera vision system ensuring their accuracy. Any deviations lead to the carton being sent to the second reject station.
3. The final station incorporates tamper-evident or vignette labellers. A control system monitors their presence and position, and any discrepancies result in the carton being directed to the third reject station.

Each rejection station is equipped with sensors to confirm correct rejection and to manage the rejection bin’s level.
