Sachet Line for Pharmaceutical Powders

This complete sachet line for pharmaceutical powders has been designed to produce standard and twin sachets in cartons. The line ensures total control with multiple systems for checking the production results.

The packaging equipment is composed of:

Gamma sachet machine with high speed d-motion sealing jaws to achieve the highest output;
R80 patented counting and stacking unit to collect the sachet and transfer them to the cartoner infeed chain;
Delta high speed horizontal cartoner to form pre glued cartons and insert the sachets sideways.

Some of the main features of this line are: indipendent auger motorization (1 per each lane), openable sealing group for easy maintenance, leaflet folding, insertion and presence check, leaflet and carton barcode reader, rejection station for non-compliant cartons.
