Stick Pack Line for Nutraceutical Vitamin Powders

This stick pack line for nutraceutical vitamin powders was built to provide a complete solution for stick packs into cartons of many different formats. The line ensure fully automated working process and total traceability.

The configuration is the following:

• Alfa stick pack machine with auger dosing unit to accomplish the most accurate doses;
• R80 counting and stacking unit with a robot for top loading of the stick packs into the cartons;
• F50 forming and C280 closing machines to form the cartons from flat blanks;
• FL 320 End of line for all the production controls and serialization.

The most outstanding features of this project are: independent auger motorization (1 per each lane), in line checkweigher, extractable doser to ease maintenance operations, phased dust aspiration, leaflet folding and inserting device, leaflet bar code camera control, printing system and control for data matrix and variable data on carton, static checkweigher with automatic rejection.
