Stick Pack Line for White & Brown Sugar

This stick pack line for white and brown sugar was built to provide a complete solution for stick packs into cartons of different styles. The flexibility of the solution allows to insert a high number of stick packs into cartons, ensuring a fully automated packaging process with weight control.

The line composition is the following:

  • Alfa stick pack machine with basculating dosing unit to work with free-flowing powders;
  • AC counting and transfering unit with for the collection of stick packs into cartons;
  • F50 forming and C280 closing machines to form the cartons from flat blanks;
  • Dynamic checkweigher for automatic rejection of non-compliant cartons at the end of the line.

Some of the main features of the project are: rotary sieve, tidy stick packs collection in cartons, dynamic carton checkweigher.
