Universal Pack designs and builds a wide range of custom-built sachet machines for rodenticide paste. Specifically, our vertical continuous-motion sachet machines can handle pasty products and a very specific product such as rodenticide paste, for which we designed a dedicated dosing system.
In order to allow a more accurate dosage of this product, we provide our sachet machine for rodenticide paste with a specific dosing system with automatic feedback dose adjustment. This solution includes a continuous-motion extrusion auger and an agitator conveying the product pats.
Moreover, we can provide your sachet machine with a sealing block made of titanium and carbon suitable for corrosive products.
Our sachet machine for rodenticide paste guarantees a compact solution combining the highest output with a small footprint. This solution includes many advantages such as great dose accuracy, minor wrapping material waste, easy handling and cleaning. Moreover, our user-friendly and modular sachet machines allow our customers to reduce downtime and fulfill their increasingly high production demands.
Universal Pack sachet machines are specifically-dedicated to single-dose packages. For example, we can dose from 0,1 to 100 gr of paste in a single sachet, dimensions which vary depending on your marketing goals, nature of the products and production requirements.
Moreover, we provide you with the possibility to easily integrate your sachet machine in a Universal Pack packaging line for cartoning. Our lines allow you to insert from 1 up to 100 or more sachets in the same carton or stand up pouch. We have developed patented counting units for any amount of packages to be picked up and put into cartons or secondary package. In recent years, our philosophy is to save as much material and product as possible, both for economic and environmental sustainability.
Universal Pack sachet machines can process all typical heat-sealable composite films, for example: Filter paper, PAP-PE (paper – polyethene), PAP-ALU-PE (paper – aluminum – polyethylene), PET-ALU-PE (polyethene terephthalate – aluminium – polyethene), cold sealable materials and sustainable laminates such as PP (polypropylene), PLA (polylactic acid), PAP (paper), Bio-PE (bio-based polyethene), and more on request. For this particular product our sachet machines usually work with Filter paper or PLA
Our non-stop research in reducing the packaging industry carbon footprint resulted in streamlined machinery design for packing recycled, recyclable and compostable laminates. LCA (Life Cycle Assessment) is used to measure the environmental impact of our products and identify optimal ways to reduce it. It is a 360° analysis that goes beyond the mere packaging produced and involves every step of the packaging machinery production process. We develop our solutions shoulder-to-shoulder with the main global film suppliers and test them in agreement with major multinational companies in order to provide them with a turnkey solution able to produce eco-packages.
