All the packaging lines for monodose sachets or stick packs designed by Universal Pack include:
- At least one sachet or stick pack packaging machine. We provide your machine to produce sachets or stick packs with the dimensions and doses requested;
- Counting and stacking unit. We design this section with many possibilities of customization depending on counts, sachet or stick pack position and their transfer. We provide patented systems to fulfill any request;
- Secondary packaging machine. There are multiple solutions, which depend on the solution that best suits to your needs (flowpacks, pouches or American boxes).

Universal Pack designs and builds customized solutions for primary packaging. Our machines can produce a wide range of sachets or stick packs, including specific typologies such as shaped packages.
We can provide your sachet or stick pack machine with any dosing system, according to your needs and depending on the composition of the product. For this reason, we offer:
- Auger and basculating for powders and granules;
- Gravimetric and flowmeter for liquid or semiliquid products;
- Piston pump for liquid, semiliquid or viscous products.

Universal Pack patented counting and stacking units are designed to ensure maximum flexibility and full customization. They can handle different counts of sachets or stick packs according to the required final pack configuration, allowing products to be grouped and arranged with precision before secondary packaging.
The entire line can be adapted both to the number of packs to be inserted and to their position inside the final package, ensuring a smooth, efficient and highly versatile packaging process.
Secondary packaging machines
Universal Pack provides customized secondary packaging solutions for sachets and stick packs, depending on the required final format. According to production needs, the line can be integrated with machines for flowpacks, pouches or American boxes.
Flowpack solutions wrap a defined number of packs into a single bundle, while pouch machines manage forming, filling and sealing operations to deliver ready-to-market packs. For larger counts, American box solutions can form and close corrugated boxes containing a higher number of sachets or stick packs.
To meet specific project requirements, Universal Pack can also integrate selected third-party machines into the line, delivering a complete and tailored secondary packaging solution.
