Fine Foods & Pharmaceuticals N.T.M. S.p.A., a leading CDMO in the pharmaceutical and nutraceutical markets, has announced the installation of two new Universal Pack packaging lines at its Zingonia plant.

We are proud to partner with a group strongly focused on quality and innovation.

The project includes complete solutions to produce stick pack and automatically load them into pre glued cartons, meeting high requirements in flexibility, output, and pharma compliance.

Key highlights of the lines include:

  • Patented cartoning systems, that allow the number of sachets per carton to be set via HMI
  • Multi-level carton configurations
  • Flexible leaflet handling

Tool-less changeovers, high-precision multi-row checkweighing with lane feedback, and an extractable dosing unit support efficiency, accuracy, and easier cleaning.
Universal Pack cartoners also provide full carton visibility from both sides, simplifying set up and format changes.
