That’s why Universal Pack developed Gamma Flexi: a compact, high performance sachet machine designed for maximum versatility.
Gamma Flexi delivers strong format flexibility, allowing customers to adjust sachet width through smart, easy to use systems.
Built with a TPM oriented design, it helps reduce downtime and simplifies format changeovers and cleaning, thanks to excellent operator access and the option to quickly remove dosing units for maintenance and sanitation.
Depending on your product, Gamma Flexi can be equipped with different dosing systems:
- Auger and Basculating for powders and granules.
- Gravimetric and flowmeter for liquids and semi-liquids.
- Piston pump for liquids, semi-liquids, and viscous products.
Fast changeovers make it easy to move from powders to liquids. Gamma Flexi can also integrate two dosing systems, used individually or together, enabling solutions such as twin sachets or packaging different product types within the same line.
All of this is supported by a hygienic design developed in line with pharmaceutical grade standards, making Gamma Flexi suitable for both pharmaceutical and food applications, where cleanliness and compliance are essential.
