In fact products like seeds & herbs, wet wipes and swabs, pastes, grated cheese, small objects, all require some additional gimmicks to be dosed correctly.

Here’s a simplified list of the dosing systems:

  • Seeds & herbs: inclined rotating tubes to drop the product.
  • Wet wipes & swabs: dedicated doser to wet the wipe, fold it, and insert it.
  • Pastes: dedicated extruder with auger.
  • Fresh grated cheese: vibrating channels with oscillating cups.
  • Small objects: semi/fully automatic aligners.
