This complete high speed sachet line for food powders (coffee 2 in 1) in sachets has been designed to achieve a high carton throughput in a compact footprint.

The line is composed of:

Theta high speed sachet machine with continuous motion auger dosing unit for achieving the highest output;
R80 patented counting and stacking unit with sachets on edge placement;
Delta high speed horizontal cartoner to form pre glued cartons and insert the sachets sideways.

Some of the most outstanding features of this project are: indipendent continuous-motion augers (1 per each lane), high speed sealing block, dust aspiration at product discharge, sachets sampling station, patented system for loading the sachets “on edge” into cartons, sachets presence check on the R80, dynamic carton checkweigher with automatic rejection,
