This high speed sachet line was built to achieve the highest outputs in the pharmaceutical industry, while ensuring total traceability. Especially designed for heat sensitive pharmaceutical powders, it comes in a double configuration to increase the productivity of the line.

It is composed of:

2 Theta sachet machines with auger dosing unit for the highest dosing accuracy in twin sachets;
2 R80 counting and stacking units allowing for different counting;
Horizontal cartoner for forming pre glued cartons.

Some prominent features of this project are: intregrated double line, indipendent auger motorization (1 per each lane), leaflet folding and insertion into carton, seamless sachets transfer, total traceability through optical controls, sachet sampling station and replenishing station.
