This complete high speed sachet line was built to pack granular instant coffee in sachets and insert many sachets “on edge” into pre glued cartons. It comes as a high-output compact solution.

The line is composed of:

Gamma sachet machine with basculating dosing system for free-flowing granular coffee;
R80 patented counting and stacking unit with sachets on edge placement;
Delta horizontal cartoner to form pre glued cartons.

Some of the most outstanding features of this project are: dust aspiration at product discharge, sachets sampling conveyor belt, patented system for loading the sachets “on edge” into cartons, product presence check with automatic rejection of empty sachets, dynamic carton checkweigher with automatic rejection.
