This high speed complete line for sachets was built to pack dry seasoning in sachets and flow pack. The main target of the project was to provide a solution with very high throughput for food powders.

The line is composed of:

2 Gamma sachet machines with basculating dosing system for free-flowing food powders;
2 R80 patented counting and stacking unit to transfer the sachets to the flowpack infeed chain with shuttle synchronizing station;
Flowpack horizontal machine to make the flow packs.

Some of the main features of this project are: vibrating sieve at the feeding, tear notch on an independent station, pick & place at sachet exit, high speed shuttle synchronizing station.
