Thanks to Bag in Bag technology , GAMMA can insert from 1 to 4 sachets inside another sachet by a second sealing unit, obtaining a second packaging. In order to minimize the dimensions of the outer sachet, the inner sachets are overlapped.

The machine’s production speed is a function of the number of lanes and the cycle speed.
The maximum number of lanes depends on the sachet dimensions and the cycle speed depends on product, film, dose, sachet format and many other factors.

In addition, it is possible to edit operational parameters via touch-screen display, with no need for mechanical intervention. Overall, all the operating parameters are electronically managed and thus they can be edited without interrupting the production phase.
