How to Calculate the Equipment Efficiency?

The equipment efficiency is calculated on the basis of a list of stops that have to be considered.
Programmed stops are not to be taken into consideration. While non-programmed stop must be considered in the counting.

Here is the formula:

The list of stops is as follows:

  PROGRAMMED STOP NON-PROGRAMMED STOP
1 Lack of product Sachet break
2 Lack of compressed air Sachet stuck in the sealing block
3 Lack of electricity Brushless error
4 Reel changeover Laminate break
5 Programmed maintenance/cleaning time Non-programmed maintenance due to machine failure
6 Failure in reading the notch because of wrong reel
