Achtung! Der Inhalt dieser Seite ist nur in den folgenden Sprachen verfügbar: English - Italian

Premade pouch machines are suitable for filling and sealing premade pouches of different kinds: standard, with spout, eurohole.

The machine is composed of the following main groups:

  1. Magazine: the station where premade pouches are stacked.
  2. Pick & place: the pick & place system to withdraw pouches.
  3. Carousel: the rotating pouch-conveying system.
  4. Coding: the coding system for printing variable data on the pouches.
  5. Pouch opening: the system for opening the pouches by means of suction cups.
  6. Dosing: the appropriate dosing system for the product.
  7. Sealing: the system for sealing the upper edge.
  8. Bag exit: the conveyor belt for conveying the final pouches.
  9. Electrical cabinet: the cabinet containing electrical equipment.

The machine picks the premade pouch from a pile, prints the coding on it (if applicable), opens it, fills it with the appropriate product, seals the upper edge and transfers it to the exit belt.
