Stick Pack Line for Pharma Liquids & Powders with Quick Changeover

This complete line for stick packs was built to provide a flexible line with quick changeover. The line is capable of dosing both pharmaceutical / nutraceutical liquids and powders and to put any count of stick packs into cartons.

The line is composed of:

Alfa stick pack machine with piston pump and auger dosing units for powders and liquids;
R80 patented counting and stacking unit with a “trap-system” for indipendent stick pack counting;
F50 Forming and C280 closing machines with a labeller and tracking machine, to make cartons from flat blanks.

Some prominent features of this project include: flexibile machine designed in modules for easy format change, two tear notch systems (cut on the stick pack or laser scoring), high-precision checkweigher at the stick pack exit with automatic rejection, leaflet insertion into carton, OCV/OCR.
