Sachet Line for Vanilla Sugar in Flowpack

This complete line for sachets was built to pack vanilla sugar in twin sachets and flow pack. The goal was to provide a fast and reliable solution for food powders.

The line is composed of:

  • Gamma sachet machine with auger dosing unit to achieve accurate powder doses;
  • R80 patented unit to count and stack sachets and transfer them to the flowpack infeed chain;
  • Flowpack horizontal machine to make the flow packs.

Some prominent features that are worth to mention: indipendent auger motorization (1 per each lane), centralized dust aspiration, laser coder,  pick & place at sachet exit, in line checkweigher.
