Sachet Line for Instant Chamomile

This complete line for sachets was built to pack instant chamomile in twin sachets and cartons. The goal was to provide a trustworthy packaging solution for inserting sachets of different counts into pre glued cartons.

The line is composed of:

  • Gamma sachet machine with multilane auger dosing system;
  • R80 counting and stacking unit to count and pile the appropriate number of sachets;
  • Delta horizontal cartoner to produce the final pre glued cartons.

Some of the main features of this project are: independent auger motorization (1 per each lane), dust aspirator, Pick & place at sachet exit, stacking variable sachet counts, carton edges closure check with automatic rejection.
