Sachet Line for Multiple Baking Powders

This complete sachet line was built to work with different kinds of food powders (dry yeast, baking powder, instant drink). The project goal was to pack powders in twin sachets and flat blanks cartons, providing one solution to produce different sachets and carton formats, while keeping a high level of productivity.

The line is composed of:

Gamma sachet machine with independent auger for achieving the most accurate doses;
R80 patented connecting unit to count and stack a large number of sachets and transfer them to the top loading station;
Forming and closing machines to form cartons from flat blanks.

Some prominent features of this project are: indipendent auger motorization (1 per each lane), pick & place at the sachets exit, sachets stacking device with vibration, dynamic carton checkweigher with automatic rejection,
