Sachet Line for Instant Cereals & Flavoring

This sachet line for instant cereals and flavouring was built to dose and pack two different products together in twin sachets into cartons. The goal was to keep the product separated. The line was designed to reach high levels of productivity, maximizing the throughput.

It is composed of:

Gamma sachet machine with double auger dosing unit to work with two different products;
R80 patented counting and stacking unit to make different piles of twin sachets;
Delta high speed horizontal cartoner to form pre glued cartons and insert the sachets sideways.

Some of the most outstanding features of this project are: independent auger motorization (1 per each lane), 2-product configuration with separated tilted augers and hoppers, carton edges closure check and automatic rejection, dynamic checkweigher at the carton exit with automatic rejection, metal detector with automatic carton rejection.
