Shaped Stick Pack Line for Instant Drink Powder

This stick pack line for instant drink powder in special stick packs was built to cope with the need for a unique recognizable packaging shape. It comes in an ergonomic layout with maximized output.

The line is composed as follows:

  • Alfa shaped stick pack machine to make special stick packs with a eurohole on top for easy hanging;
  • R80 counting and stacking unit with pick and place for top loading of the stick packs into the cartons;
  • F50 forming and C280 closing machines to form the cartons from flat blanks.

Some features of the line that are worth mentioning: independent auger motorization (1 per each lane), metal detector at the feeding station with automatic product rejection, in line checkweigher for the stick packs, 180° stick pack rotation to minimize the room occupied in the carton, dynamic checkweigher at the carton exit with automatic rejection, labelling machine for tamper evident.
