Stick Pack Line for Pharmaceutical Granulated Powder

This stick pack line for pharmaceutical granulated powder was built to provide a complete solution for stick packs into cartons of many different formats. The flexibility of the solution allows to insert many different stick pack counts into the cartons, and ensures a fully automated packaging process.

The line composition is the following:

Alfa stick pack machine with basculating dosing unit to work with free-flowing powders;
R80 counting and stacking unit with a robot for top loading of the stick packs into the cartons;
F50 forming and C280 closing machines to form the cartons from flat blanks;
FL 320 End of line for all the production controls and serialization.

Some of the main features of the project are: control & management system for batch production data, leaflet folding and inserting device, carton barcode reader, track & trace and serialization for the whole line.
