High Speed Sachet Line for Dry Seasoning

This high speed complete line for sachets was built to pack dry seasoning in sachets and flow pack. The main target of the project was to provide a solution with very high throughput for food powders.

The line is composed of:

  • 2 Gamma sachet machines with basculating dosing system for free-flowing food powders;
  • 2 R80 patented counting and stacking unit to transfer the sachets to the flowpack infeed chain with shuttle synchronizing station;
  • Flowpack horizontal machine to make the flow packs.

Some of the main features of this project are: vibrating sieve at the feeding, tear notch on an independent station, pick & place at sachet exit, high speed shuttle synchronizing station.
