High Speed Sachet Line for Sweetener

This complete high speed sachet line was built for the packaging of sweetener in sachets and their bulk collection in preglued cartons.

The line is composed of:

Gamma sachet machine with basculating dosing system for free-flowing powders;
Connecting unit for the bulk collection of sachets;
Horizontal cartoner to form pre glued cartons.

Some of the main features of this project are: tear notch on an independent station, dust aspiration at the product discharge, automatic sealing rollers opening at machine stops, cooled dosing funnels, product presence check with automatic rejection of empty sachets, flaps for carton change, programmed sampling in a dedicated drawer.
