High Throughput Sachet Strips Line for Drink Powder

This high throughput complete line for sachets was built to pack different instant drink powders in sachets and flow pack. One of the main goals of the project was to provide a solution for sachets panels into flow packs.

The line is composed of:

2 Gamma sachet machines with auger dosing system for non-free-flowing food powders;
2 strip folding conveying units to transfer the sachets strips to the flowpack infeed chain;
Flowpack horizontal machine to make the flow packs.

The most outstanding features of this project are: independent feeding system for 4 different products, auger dosing unit divided into 8 sectors to dose 4 different products, system to check the sealing group pressure, strip folding system for panels made of 70+ sachets, dynamic checkweigher for automatic rejection of out of weight panels at the end of the line.
